Deletion request
Simply email legal@mykolly.com from your account's email address saying "delete my account". We finalize your request within 30 days at the latest.
After deletion, your profile, the people you added, your saved charts, and your remaining question credits cannot be recovered.
Partial deletion
If you prefer, you can delete just a single person you added or a single saved chart yourself from within the app.
