Buyer: the member purchasing the question package.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale of digital question-credit packages to be used in the Ask Kolly section.
Packages and current prices: 1 question / 10 questions / 100 questions.
Türkiye (TRY): ₺75 / ₺500 / ₺4,200. United States (USD): $1.99 / $12.99 / $99.99. United Kingdom (GBP): £1.49 / £9.99 / £79.99. Eurozone (EUR): €1.79 / €11.99 / €89.99.
The displayed currency is determined automatically based on the visitor's country (IP location). Prices include VAT and the amount shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies.
Every signed-in member receives the first 1 question for free.
The yearly analysis report is a separate one-time digital product: £9.99 (GBP) / $12.99 (USD) / €11.99 (EUR) / ₺599 (TRY). Once paid, the report unlocks permanently on your account.
3. Payment
Payments are collected by credit/debit card via our payment infrastructure, Stripe. Your card details are never seen or stored by Kolly.
4. Delivery
The product is digital. Once payment is confirmed, your question credits are automatically added to your account; there is no physical delivery.
If payment was received but your credits were not added, contact us and we will add them manually.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods performed instantly in electronic form and delivered to the consumer immediately.
You confirm this at the time of purchase. Even so, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for unused packages.
6. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over complaints and objections.
