Kolly is a web application that offers astrological interpretations based on natal chart and transit calculations. For any question about this policy, write to legal@mykolly.com.

Account information: your email address and the basic identity information Google/Apple provide us when you sign in with them.

Profile information: name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and relationship status.

People you add: the name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and relationship type you enter for other people.

Usage data: the charts you save, your remaining question credits, and your purchase records.

Technical data: session information and the basic logs required for the service to run.

Without a date, time, and place of birth, calculations such as natal charts, transits, and solar returns cannot be performed. This data is used solely to generate and interpret your charts.

Your email address is used to identify your account, let you sign in, and attach purchased question packages to your account.

The information for the people you add is only visible in your own account; it is used for compatibility calculations (synastry, composite, Davison).

Fields such as relationship status may contain information about your personal life. You are not required to fill them in; leaving them blank simply makes some readings more general.

Please do not enter health, belief, or similarly special-category information into free-text fields.

Infrastructure and database: our cloud infrastructure provider hosts your account and charts.

Astrological calculation service: date, time, and location of birth are sent to our calculation service to compute charts. Names or emails are never sent.

AI interpretations: for Ask Kolly and chart readings, the relevant astrological data is sent to an AI model so the interpretation can be generated.

Payments: when you buy a question package, your card details are processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Measurement: with your consent, anonymous usage statistics are collected through Google Analytics 4.

Advertising: this site displays Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads (see the Advertising section).

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

This site serves ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and/or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

When you ask us to delete your account, your profile, the people you added, and your saved charts are deleted. Purchase records are kept for the period required by law due to accounting obligations.

Ask Kolly chats are not stored on the server; the conversation disappears when you close the window.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data.

Send your request to legal@mykolly.com and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected at the database level with row-level access rules: a user can only access their own records.

No system is 100% secure; if you notice anything suspicious, please let us know.

Kolly is not intended for users under the age of 18.

When this policy is updated, the date on this page changes. We will notify you of material changes.
